At El Basico, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing you with exceptional products and ensuring a delightful experience.

 

Refund Policy

We understand that skincare is a personal choice, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

 We offer a full refund for any full-priced, unopened, and unused merchandise returned to our warehouse within 7 days from the date of delivery, under the eligibility terms and conditions of the company.

If you need to return a product, please contact us, and we will arrange for a reverse pickup from most locations in India.

Important Notes:

- If you receive any opened merchandise, you may reject it at the time of delivery.

- We cannot offer exchanges or refunds on sale items or on any opened or used products.

- El Basico Skincare LLP is not liable for any damage that occurs post-delivery.

Your refund will be initiated as soon as the returned product reaches our nearest warehouse, and you will be notified via SMS and email.

Return Policy:

If you wish to return a product, please follow the steps below:

  1. Request a Return/Replacement:

   Raise a return or replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery if you received an incorrect or expired product by contacting us at support@elbasico.in.

  1. Review Process:

   Allow us 2 working days to review your return request.

  1. Verification and Refund/Replacement:

   Once we receive the returned product(s), we will verify them against your claim and initiate a replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacements are subject to stock availability.
