- Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from the time your order is placed on our website.
- Logistics and Shipping
We work with trusted third-party logistic partners ("Logistic Partners") to facilitate the shipment and delivery of your products. Once your order is handed over to the Logistic Partner, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your shipment's progress.
- Shipping Locations
While we aim to deliver products throughout India, we may periodically restrict service to certain areas based on our discretion. Please note that this may affect the availability of delivery in select locations.
- Prepaid Orders Only
Currently, we only accept prepaid orders. The 'Cash on Delivery' (COD) option is not available at this time.
- Shipping Charges
Shipping fees may apply and can vary depending on factors such as product value, type, delivery location, and payment method. In the event that shipping charges are applicable, these will be collected on behalf of the Logistic Partner. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect (as verified by us).
- Risk and Ownership
Once your order has been successfully delivered, ownership and responsibility for the product is passed to you. This means that any risk associated with the product is transferred to you upon receipt.
